Fadó is Irish meaning long ago. It is used similarly to once upon a time in storytelling. The Fadó Gem Pendant is one of those pieces that is timeless, it looks modern yet has a touch of ancient magic. The top is formed from 2 scrolls with pieces that curve down and then join back together in the center forming a point. Below is a bezel that holds a 14x10mm gemstone, the bezel is framed with thin arches on the sides that end in curls under the bezel, and a loop drops below the curls.
The Fado Gem Pendant measures approximately 1 1/2 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. An adjustable sterling silver chain is included, please see the photos above for instructions if needed. We've also included the option to switch to a heavier chain, in a variety of lengths, at no additional cost.
