Rob is continuing to revisit some of his favorite designs and offering them in new variations. This is the Aberlemno II Pendant, which originally debuted in 2008. Rob is offering it in mixed metal for the first time, in a limited edition, numbered run of 26, in honor of the year 2026.
The Aberlemno Sculptured Stones are a series of Pictish standing stones originating around the village of Aberlemno, Scotland. Rob first made a pendant inspired by the stones back in 1994. It was named the Aberlemno Seahorse Pendant and was very true to the original carving. Then in 2008, Rob updated the piece, adding more detail and texture. It was called the Aberlemno II Pendant and sold from late 2008 to early 2011.
This limited edition version is sterling silver & 14kt rose gold only, with the trinity knot, teardrop shapes and top in gold. It measures just under 2 inches long and 1 inch wide. An adjustable sterling silver chain is included, please see the photos above for instructions if needed. We've also included the option to switch to a heavier chain, in a variety of lengths, at no additional cost.
The back of each pendant is marked with the original copyright from 2008 (it is in the original mold). Each pendant also features a stamp on the back indicating its placement in this limited release. For example, a stamp reading '5 of 26' means you own the 5th physical pendant created out of the limited run of only 26 pieces.
