Inclusions in tourmalines are natural imperfections, primarily fluid-filled tubes, liquid and gas bubbles, mineral crystals, and hollow tubes, which are trapped during the gem's formation. While sometimes seen as flaws, inclusions also add to a gem's unique character. This gorgeous deep green Tourmaline has a few horizontal inclusions that do not detract from it's beauty!
This pendant is 14kt yellow gold, composed from an Aonacht Pendant accented with a 6mm Rainbow Moonstone cabochon in a bezel at the center, below is a handbuilt basket setting holding a 20.71ct (20x14mm) emerald cut Green Tourmaline. Measures 1 7/8" x 5/8".
