Oronsay Penannular, coiled wave shaped ends with knotwork.

We named this piece for Oronsay Island, Oronsay means 'tidal island' in Norse. The island is only accessible during low tide. It is home to the ruins of a medieval priory built about 1380, Norse ship burial sites and is a Special Protection Area for several species of birds and the only native species of honeybee in Britain.

The Oronsay features knotwork along the finials (ends) and finish with a smooth tightly curled end bringing to mind waves. It measures 1 3/4 inches wide and 1 7/8 inches long.
