Payment error messages

In the course of routine testing last week, we discovered an error in our payment gateway that may have led to some customers receiving an error message in the payment stage while trying to order from us online. This is because a piece of software that is required to process payments online had not been installed.

We have addressed the issue with our hosting company, and it has now been corrected. We would like to stress that att not time did this affect the security of our order process - if you've ordered from our site before, none of your information was compromised, and if you haven't, it won't be compromised in the future. If you tried to place an order and received this error message, it will not have been processed and so no payment will have been taken.
